If you´re activating the service via your terminal supplier, your terminal must be connected to your checkout. If you´re choosing to activate it via your acquirer or payment provider, we also support independent terminals, regardless supplier. We always recommend though, a integrated terminal for an in general better experience.
Yeah for sure, however, a copy of the receipt will be presented in our app so that the customer get an as user-friendly service as possible. We don´t believe that customers should need to create x amount of accounts, alternatively the need to download several apps to get access to their receipts. There´s services on the market where the receipt only is accessible via the merchant´s loyalty program. We appreciate all services which in any way contributes to a better environment, but instead of trying to limit the customer, Rezeet is focusing on making it as easy as possible for the customer to get access to their receipt. No, of course not! Rezeet is following the agreement that´s written with you as merchant where you should feel completely secure. To be able to offer the service to an as great cost structure as possible, Rezeet will offer analysis from the merchant´s own data, which isn´t a requirement but a possibility for you as merchant to make your offer more effective.
