Technology issues

This happens very rarely, but can do during extreme occasions. Sometimes the store might have technical problems which makes us unable to get any information and therefor can´t send it forward to you as a user. Normally though, this only means that you get to wait a little longer than usual to get access to your receipt.

Yes, Rezeet works regardless what card issuer you´ve got. Besides, we support all types of cards; debit – and credit. Shortly you´ll also be able to pay with your phone or wearable.

Yes, Rezeet is free of charge until further notice and during the period of time mentioned in your contract. When it´s out of date, your binding period disappears as well, which makes you able to terminate the service. What we can guarantee though, is that it´s always going to be cheaper to offer digital receipts than the ones made out of paper.

To start with, we believe that analyzed data, regardless if it is anonymized, adds most value for the merchant, not the receipts themselves. If our standpoint on the other hand is based out of a customers perspective, it would mean being able to do purchases with easy access to the receipt, but without risking getting analyzed. But back to square one – if the customer should want to sign up for digital receipts the service needs to support all cards but above all, it must be easy to get started. With Rezeet, the customer can avoid registering on the homepage for the merchant or by the time of the purchase. Instead, it would be enough signing up once and after that getting the receipts from all connected stores no matter payment solution with the merchant. This unique attribute makes it possible that the customer already might be registered when he or she visits your store. We don´t limit digital receipts to membership in loyalty programs so that the merchant should have more access to as much data as possible. We have also created an app which makes it easy for the customer to find their receipt after purchase. But the best part of it all, is probably that you as merchant will find Rezeet as incredibly cost effective and smooth to get started with since we don´t require integration in your terminal for an example.

No, of course not! Rezeet is following the agreement that´s written with you as merchant where you should feel completely secure. To be able to offer the service to an as great cost structure as possible, Rezeet will offer analysis from the merchant´s own data, which isn´t a requirement but a possibility for you as merchant to make your offer more effective.

This is something we hand over completely to you and your customer. If the customer trust you as merchant it´s up to him or her to share their identity. In that case we´ll send the customer´s information and identity to you.

Technology issues

It depends on what POS software you´re using. In some systems we´re able to inform the POS software if the customer is registered. In that case the paper receipt won´t get printed and the person will instead get a notification to their phone after purchase. In other cases you´ll always get a choice in the POS software if you want to print it or just save the receipt digitally if the customer is registered with Rezeet. To be able to make that choice, you need to ask the customer.

Rezeet works thanks to our partners like acquirers and terminal suppliers. Besides that we also need to have access to receipt data, something that we get access to via the POS software.

As merchant you don´t need to do anything, it´s enough to sign a digital contract. No installation, but you need to use a terminal supplier or acquirer that´s a partner to Rezeet.

Digital receipts should be seen as an facilitated alternative for your customer to do purchases, but as well for cost saving and a positive impact on the environment. The real benefit for you as merchant is however the data we can analyze for you. Even if the customer stays anonymous you´re able to get out an amount of information about how your customers behave – to simply make your offer more effective. You will shortly even be able to connect your current existing loyalty program to your customers payment. Yes, it´s a fact that it´s completely up to you as a merchant to connect optional service to your customers choice of payment.

If you´re activating the service via your terminal supplier, your terminal must be integrated with you POS software. If you´re choosing to activate it via your acquirer, we also support independent terminals, regardless supplier. We always recommend though, a terminal which is integrated to your POS software for an in general better experience.

Yeah for sure, however, a copy of the receipt will also be presented in our app so that the customer get an as user-friendly service as possible. We don´t believe that customers should need to create x amount of accounts, alternatively the need to download several apps to get access to their receipts. There´s services on the market where the receipt only is accessible via the merchant´s loyalty program. We appreciate all services which in any way contributes to a better environment, but instead of trying to limit the customer, Rezeet is focusing on making it as easy as possible for the customer to get access to their receipt.
